Singapore Changi goes Peanuts crazy this summer

Share

Singapore’s Changi Airport always does things a little differently and more dynamically, and this summer it has decided to embrace Snoopy and other Peanuts characters during the school holiday period.

The beloved Peanuts characters will be featured in a lively, sports-themed experience from today until July 12.

At Terminal 3’s Departure Hall, a five-metre-tall Snoopy takes centre stage alongside a larger-than-life football, bringing a season of sporty fun to life.

Set around the main installation are other sports-inspired displays which feature Snoopy’s siblings: Belle, Andy, Spike, Marbles and Olaf.

Changi Airport Group notes that they provide ample opportunity for a few selfies as they take on activities from rugby to track and field.

A pop-up store nearby offers Peanuts merchandise such as apparel, bags, plushies, homeware as well as brand-new items featuring Belle, Andy, Spike and Marbles.

Three additional pop-up stores, each with a different theme, can be found at T3, Basement 2 (opposite Kopitiam and next to Swensen’s) and Terminal 2, Level 2 (next to Kenangan Coffee).

Other Peanuts inspired attractions, such as the Peanuts Summer Sports Park and Snoopy’s Locker Room can be found in Terminal 3.
