SHAKE SHACK COMES TO LAS VEGAS–MCCARRAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Las Vegas–McCarran International Airport has become the latest US gateway to open a Shake Shack restaurant.
The modern day ‘roadside’ burger stand that got started in New York in 2001 and continues to build a devoted fan base all over the world, is now up and running in the Rotunda Area in Terminal 1 that connects the A and B Concourses.
Its opening at McCarran is in partnership with global restaurateur HMSHost and MB Concession.
“Opening Shake Shack in McCarran was a top priority for HMSHost to give Las Vegas travellers one of the leading casual dining experiences available today,” said HMSHost’s vice president of business development, Anthony Alessi.
“We thank Clark County and our operating partner MB Concession for making this wonderful enhancement possible at McCarran.”
McCarran’s new Shake Shack takes advantage of the spacious Rotunda and features an ample seating area where guests can enjoy expansive runway views with a signature Chick’n Shack or ShackBurger.
The standalone restaurant mixes angular rooflines, reminiscent of the original Madison Square Park location in New York, with a modern desert palm tree motif.
