Nice Côte d’Azur Airport welcomes new Boston service

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport has welcomed the arrival of its first direct Delta Air Lines flight from the US city of Boston.
This new connection marks the airport’s seventh route to the United States – a market experiencing significant growth – and the third of those operated by Delta.
The French gateway notes that it has witnessed the launch of a new direct service between the French Riviera and the United States every year since the end of the pandemic.
The situation, it says, reflects both the region’s growing appeal to North American visitors and the strong interest that these destinations hold for residents of Southern France, Monaco and Northern Italy.
More than 300,000 passengers travelled on these direct routes in 2025 – three times the figure recorded in 2019.
“We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the teams at Delta Air Lines for once again demonstrating their confidence in and commitment to our region, which is the best connected to the United States in France after Paris,” enthused Franck Goldnadel, president of the executive board of Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur.
“Delta Air Lines is our leading transatlantic partner in terms of both longevity and the number of routes and seats it operates.”
