Nuremburg Airport has some big route development news, easyJet will launch flights to London and Milan from the German gateway later this year.
From November 2026, the British airline will begin operating flights from the metropolitan region for the first time, strengthening the airport’s international connections to key European hubs.
The main destination is London Gatwick, which will be served regularly in future.
In addition, during the world-famous Christkindlesmarkt and major trade fairs, the airline will supplement its flight schedule with services to London Luton, Manchester and Milan.

“With easyJet, we are welcoming one of Europe’s best-known and most successful low-cost airlines to Nuremberg,” enthused airport managing director, Dr Michael Hupe.
“This sends a strong signal about the appeal of our location and is a boon for travellers to and from England and northern Italy.
“The new routes to London, Manchester and Milan are of great importance both for city breaks in both directions and for our region’s economic ties.
“We are confident that this service will quickly become established and hope to be able to expand it further in the future together with easyJet.”
The LCC has a fleet of over 355 aircraft, offers an extensive route network with more than 1,200 connections across 38 countries.
